Predicted Arsenal line-up vs Everton today

Arsenal take on Everton in today’s Premier League clash at the Emirates Stadium.

Ahead of the game, manager Mikel Arteta is likely to make a few changes to the starting XI from the 1-1 draw against Bayer Leverkusen in the Champions League.

Formation: 4-2-3-1

Predicted Line-up:

David Raya is a nailed-on starter between the sticks for the north London giants. The Spaniard is set to continue in goal ahead of Kepa Arrizabalaga.

Jurrien Timber, William Saliba and Gabriel Magalhaes look poised to continue in defence, but there could be a change at left-back with Riccardo Calafiori coming in for Piero Hincapie.

Hincapie has had a heavy workload across all competitions in recent weeks and could be given a breather. Similarly, Martin Zubimendi may be rested as he looked weary at Leverkusen.

Christian Norgaard could make his first league start for the Gunners alongside Declan Rice. Kai Havertz is likely to come in for Eberechi Eze in the attacking midfield position.

In the final third, Noni Madueke is a frontrunner to replace Bukayo Saka after his sublime cameo and penalty won in midweek. He is poised to start on the right wing for Arsenal.

The rest of the attack should stay the same. Viktor Gyokeres is set to lead the line, while Gabriel Martinelli should continue on the left wing with Leandro Trossard ruled out.

Predicted Arsenal line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Everton: Raya; Timber, Saliba, Gabriel, Calafiori; Norgaard, Rice; Madueke, Havertz, Martinelli; Gyokeres.
