Whether it’s a splurge or a necessity, shopping requires spending your money. But what if you could get paid to shop? Does that sound like a dream job? Actually, it’s reality — paying you to shop is the entire basis of RetailMeNot’s cash back program.
Whenever you shop with a retailer that partners with us (there are literally more than a thousand of them), we give you money. Here is how we pay you to shop.
First, Earn Your Cash
First things first. You need a RetailMeNot wallet for us to put your cash into. Sign up for your account.
Then, you’ll start claiming cash back offers at your favorite stores. Here’s how to do that.
Then, Get PAID
Once you’ve completed the steps above and waited 45 days, it’s time to get paid. Access your RetailMeNot wallet in the RetailMeNot app, or just go to RetailMeNot.com and log in.
You’ll see your cash back balance. Note: A minimum approved balance of $5.01 is required for a redemption.
When you’re ready to get paid, do the following:
- Hit “Redeem Rewards.”
- Then choose whether you want your cash sent to your Venmo or PayPal account. Note: A minimum approved balance of $5.01 is required for a redemption.
3. We opted for Venmo this time. After you choose between Venmo and PayPal, we send a verification code to your email. You’ll be prompted to enter that code on the next screen:
4. Pop in the code and boom! The cash goes straight to your Venmo account. You’ll see the confirmation pop up on your phone.
You are now PAID. That money in Venmo can be used within Venmo or sent to your bank account. And you can spend it on whatever you like.
