Jackson to leave Chelsea permanently after Bayern loan

Chelsea are prepared to look for suitors for striker Nicolas Jackson after his return from Bayern Munich next summer, according to Caught Offside.

The Senegal international fell out-of-favour with the Blues last summer, and he was loaned out to Bayern before the transfer deadline.

Jackson has been an immediate backup to Harry Kane for the Bavarian giants. He has scored five goals from 18 appearances thus far.

Bayern have a staggering €65 million buy clause as part of the loan, but they are unlikely to exercise that option when the season ends.

Hence, the 24-year-old will be returning to the Blues next summer. He could be immediately sold as he has no future at the London side.

Blues boss Enzo Maresca does not fancy integrating him back into the squad, and the club are ready to listen to offers from other clubs.

They may have to accept significantly less than €65m for Jackson. The striker likewise has no desire to play again for Chelsea in his career.
