Get Ready For New Weapons, Luminas, Bosses, & More

In a massive thank you to Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 fans, developers at Sandfall Interactive have officially launched their promised update, available for free now. The DLC features “a new playable environment, taking the characters to new adventures,” and the trailer alone is enough to get fans rushing to their platforms to download the new content as soon as possible.

The update also includes new endgame bosses and Endless Tower opponents, brand-new music from Lorien Testard, and an offical Photo Mode, one of the most-requested features of the game since its launch. Further additions include “new costumes for each member of the Expedition,” and even “new Luminas and Weapons.”

Further, the update includes a “Lumina Sets feature, allowing players to save up to 50 different lumina loadouts for adapting to plenty of different fighting tactics at any moment.” It’s a massive and exciting update that is the perfect thank-you gift to fans, just in time for the holiday season.

Clair Obscur Cleaned Up At TGA This Year

It Might Be The Most Wins Of Ever At TGA

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 won a total of nine awards at this year’s The Game Awards, including Best Narrative, Best RPG, Best Indie Title and Debut Indie Title, Best Game Direction, and more. The GOTY win is an absolutely well-deserved accomplishment for the indie studio Sandfall Interactive, and they’ve done something truly unprecedented with Clair Obscur.

The future is bright for Sandfall Interactive, and it’s hard to believe what they’ve accomplished with far fewer resources than many AAA juggernauts that released this year. It’s no wonder the developers are grateful to their fanbase, as the game’s success would never have happened without the players. That’s why this DLC drop is icing on the cake for Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 fans, and it’s the perfect way to celebrate the game’s huge success.
