Bournemouth will move second in the Premier League if Andoni Iraola’s side beat Fulham at home in the first top-flight match of the weekend on Friday.
The Cherries are unbeaten in five league matches but winless in two, drawing 0-0 at home to Newcastle and 2-2 at Leeds United.
The visitors lost 3-1 at Aston Villa on Sunday but victory would move The Cottagers level on points with their opponents.

Bournemouth lineup vs Fulham
Striker Enes Unal (knee) and full-back Adam Smith (hamstring) are out for Bournemouth, while left-back Julio Soler has been captaining Argentina at the Under-20 World Cup in Chile.
David Brooks, Marcus Tavernier, Alex Scott and James Hill are in for Ryan Christie, Amine Adli, Justin Kluivert and Alejandro Jimenez from the draw with Leeds.
Forward Antoine Semenyo has four goals and two assists across Bournemouth’s first six league matches of 2025/26 and scored the only goal of the game when they hosted Fulham on April 14.
“Last season was very good for him as well,” observed Fulham manager Marco Silva. “If you look at the solutions they have in the frontline, it’s not just him.
“He’s a good example [of] the physicality of [their] side. But they are much more than just Semenyo.
“They have good players all over the pitch and on the bench. We have to be wary of them as a team, and not just one player.”
Bournemouth defender Marcos Senesi offered similar praise for Fulham’s options. “We know the way they want to play and we always have tough games against them,” the Argentinian told Bournemouth’s website.
“Even if they don’t find their main strikers, they will find a solution to hurt us and try to play the way they do. Hopefully we can make the game the way we want it.”
