Chelsea are prepared to compete with Arsenal for the services of RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Sesko this summer, according to Givemesport.
The Slovenia international was a top target for the Gunners last summer, but he decided to continue with Leipzig for the 2024/25 season.
However, he is expected to depart at the end of the campaign and reports claim that Arsenal could face competition from the Blues.
Chelsea have depended on Nicolas Jackson to score goals for them, but the Senegal international has been poor over the last few months.
Christopher Nkunku has also been unimpressive leading the line. The Blues are expected to spend big on a marquee centre-forward.
Sesko has been monitored by the west London giants and they could enter into a bidding battle with Arsenal for the highly-rated star.
The 21-year-old has netted 17 goals in the ongoing campaign. He should only get better playing in a more free flowing attack in future.
