Grapes are nature’s candy, and when you freeze them? They transform into a sweet, smooth flavor bomb treat. Think sorbet without the added sugar or effort. All you need is a blender and about 5 minutes before you’re diving spoon-first into a bowl of refreshing goodness.





Frozen Grapes Sorbet
Smooth blended frozen grapes for a refreshing gulit-free treat.

Make sure your grapes are completely frozen. Pop them in the freezer overnight or at least 6 hours.

Add the frozen grapes to a high-powered blender or food processor. Drizzle in the honey and squeeze in that lemon juice.

Blend well. Scrape down the sides as needed until it turns into a smooth, soft-serve-style sorbet. Serve immediately for a soft sorbet, or freeze for 1–2 hours for a firmer scoop.

On a hot day, wow, this is fantastic.
I love that the texture is almost like a smooth slushie and the honey sweetens it up a bit while the lemon adds a little zing. I feel like you could also add in other frozen fruits too like melon or frozen strawberry and come up with some other fun cominiations.
