Chelsea attacker Christopher Nkunku remains on the radar of Bayern Munich ahead of the summer transfer window, according to Christian Falk.
The German giants were keen on landing the former Leipzig man in January, but they were reluctant to meet the reported £70m valuation.
Bayern are prepared to make a renewed approach in the summer, and they will be aiming to recruit him for a lesser transfer package.
Nkunku joined the Blues from Leipzig in 2023 with a huge reputation, but he has failed to adapt to the demands of English football.
He is open to returning to the Bundesliga. Bayern are firm favourites and could look to finalise an agreement at the end of the campaign.
Aside from Nkunku, Nicolas Jackson could also be offloaded this summer.
Chelsea have plans to bolster their centre-forward department, and they could recruit two high-profile strikers in the next transfer window.
The Blues are sixth in the league this term with 43 points.
