In a bizarre conclusion to a Major Order, Helldivers 2 players found that a whole planet had disappeared, but this time it wasn’t destroyed by the Illuminate with the Meridian Singularity. The game has steadily seen new content over the past year, but players are also growing frustrated at the increased frequency of bugs. A PC performance fix is on the way, but the latest technical hiccup made an important objective impossible.

A recent Major Order to rebuff Illuminate invasions in Helldivers 2 sent players to the planet Tien Kwan. Attempting to deploy onto the planet resulted in the game crashing, because the files for Tien Kwan had mysteriously been removed from Helldivers 2. A video from Reddit user Shiboline shows the crash in action. The game attempts to load Tien Kwan but freezes and sends the player to their desktop.
