Learn about the AMAZING gas savings benefits of a Walmart+ membership…
If you thought you were hooked on Walmart+‘s scary-fast same-day grocery delivery with a $35 minimum, free shipping with no order minimum, and other perks, wait until you fill your gas tank for WAY less than what everyone else is paying! 🚗
No, really! Walmart+ Members get up to 10¢ off every gallon at more than 17,000 gas stations nationwide, including Exxon, Mobil, Walmart & Murphy stations. And now, members can also save at CITGO stations! (To get the savings at CITGO, click here and sign up.)
Every. Time. No minimum purchase requirement, no rewards points to redeem, and NO strings attached. Fuel discount varies by location & station, and is subject to change.
Needless to say, as soon as I learned about this Walmart+ gas benefit (that I admittedly had been forgetting), I wasted no time planning a spur-of-the-moment, quick road trip for my family. That is…
Until I realized… there’s nothing ‘quick’ or easy about road tripping with three kids 6 & under 😳🥴😵💫
Here’s how my awesome membership got us on the road in no time, completely stress-free, and with more $ in my pocket:
➕ I got items delivered for FREE to my doorstep with a $35 minimum, which meant no dragging crazy kiddos into the store. 😉
➕ Thanks to free & easy curbside pickup, I got their favorite snacks in a pinch the same day.
➕ The Walmart gas station was actually under 20 miles away and on the way to our destination. And it was so easy using just the QR code on my phone to save!
I didn’t even have to leave home to get this Ozark Trail tumbler I had been eyeing, and for so much less than the leading brand too!
When you have no time to spare getting ready for a trip, it’s so nice that Walmart offers free shipping with no order minimum (excluding most Marketplace items and location & freight surcharges). In fact, three water bottles and a few other items arrived the next day – so basically 1-day shipping for me.
And I am so happy I got to start using this tumbler right away – it’s just beautiful. 😍 And easy to carry. And COLD. Need I say more?
Between free same-day delivery for Walmart+ members and easy curbside pickup, it was so convenient to get all the road trip snacks I needed!
Since I knew we would be getting gas at Walmart later, I just scheduled my pickup order at the same location, and voila! Two birds with one stone. We were gassed up, bags packed, and snacks retrieved without making a million stops before hitting the road.
I was so impressed with the Walmart gas station. It was organized, and there were plenty of pumps. It was clean and easy to get to without having to deal with the crowded Walmart parking lot itself. Plus, all I had to do was use the QR code in the app to use my Walmart+ fuel benefit – up to 10¢ off every gallon, every time!
*Keep in mind that although this Walmart gas station was the closest location for me, you can also visit select Exxon, Mobil, CITGO, and Murphy gas stations as well. (To get the savings at CITGO, click here and sign up.)
If you’ve been on the fence about joining Walmart+, thinking it was just saving you a trip to the grocery store, think again! With gas prices increasing and no end in sight, the Walmart gas discount alone is enough to make that FREE 30-day trial worthwhile! Plus, getting everything you need in one curbside pickup or order delivery means fewer trips to the store, so even more gas savings.
