Manchester United have been handed a double injury boost ahead of the Premier League clash against Fulham on the road on Sunday afternoon.
The Red Devils are currently on a two-match losing streak, and the pressure is on manager Michael Carrick ahead of the trip to Craven Cottage this weekend.
Speaking in his pre-match press conference, Carrick provided some good news on the injury front by confirming the possible availability of two players.
The 45-year-old said that Luke Shaw and summer signing Carlos Baleba are doing relatively well after injuries and have a possible chance of making the trip.
United were second-best in their recent 3-2 loss to Brighton & Hove Albion in the Carabao Cup third round and urgently need the services of Shaw and Baleba against Fulham.
There is no one better than Shaw to start at left-back for the Red Devils, while Baleba has the potential to become one of the best defensive midfielders.
