Arsenal reportedly have their sights on landing Galatasaray striker Victor Osimhen during the ongoing transfer window.
The Gunners are determined to sign a marquee forward before the deadline and they have not ruled out landing a striker.
Osimhen has been one of the leading centre-forwards over the past few years and would be open to a Premier League move.
Sozcu Gazetesi claim that the Gunners are eager to bring Osimhen to north London and are in contact with intermediary George Gardi.
Gardi was instrumental in bringing Osimhen to Galatasaray on an initial loan from Napoli, and he could play a key role in negotiations.
Arsenal initially looked into a move for Atletico Madrid’s Julian Alvarez, but the Argentine is no longer considered a viable striker target.
Diego Simeone‘s side have decided to keep him for the campaign, and the Gunners are now prepared to go all-out for Osimhen’s services.
Osimhen scored 22 goals for Galatasaray in the previous season.
