Arsenal eyeing two more signings

Arsenal are planning to make at least two more signings after the arrival of Newcastle United midfielder Bruno Guimaraes today.

The Gunners finally confirmed the acquisition of Guimaraes from the Magpies, and he could make his non-competitive debut later this month.

Arsenal have already started the process of pursuing more signings. A left winger and a centre-back could be targeted before the deadline.

With William Saliba out injured, the Gunners have a huge void to fill and prefer to land an experienced centre-back in the near future.

They are also keen on signing a marquee left winger after missing out on both Morgan Rogers and Vinicius Junior in the current window.

Rogers ended up joining Chelsea, who outbid the Gunners to his services, while Vinicius decided to pen a new contract at Real Madrid.

Arsenal have no standout targets for the left wing department at the moment. Christos Tzolis has already been signed for the role, but he is considered as a potential backup for the marquee signing.
