Here’s my honest take after wearing both the Oura Ring and this budget-friendly Amazon smart ring side by side.
Looking to save money on a smart ring? Here’s how!
I’ve been wearing a $350 Oura Ring for a couple of years, so I was curious to see if a much more affordable $35 Smart Ring from Amazon could keep up.
I expected a huge difference, but I was genuinely surprised by how similar the results were.

For everyday health tracking, the Amazon Ring has held its own and delivers impressive value for a fraction of the price. My daily step count, resting heart rate, sleep duration, and overall activity levels have been remarkably similar to the data collected by my Oura Ring. Plus, the QRing app is visually pretty similar to Oura and is very easy to connect to and navigate.

- Tracks sleep, steps, heart rate, and activity surprisingly accurately.
- My daily stats were very similar to those reported by my Oura Ring.
- No monthly subscription fee compared to the Oura app of $5.99 a month.
- Comfortable to wear and easy to set up.
- Costs significantly less than an Oura Ring, making it a great budget-friendly option.
- More advanced health insights, including recovery, readiness, stress, and long-term wellness trends.
- More polished app with deeper data analysis and personalized recommendations.
- Better battery life, lasting about 5–7 days compared to roughly 3 days on the Amazon Ring.

Final Thoughts
If you simply want an affordable smart ring to track basics like sleep, heart rate, steps, and daily activity, this Amazon version is a nice value. After comparing them side by side, I was honestly impressed by how closely the basic tracking matched my Oura Ring.
Unless you need all of Oura’s premium insights, the budget-friendly option is a fantastic alternative that saves you a lot of money.
My teen daughter has been wanting a smart ring, so this will be a great one for her to try out affordably! I love that there is no subscription!
