Hall wants Man Utd move

Newcastle United left-back Lewis Hall is open to joining Manchester United this summer following a fallout with Magpies manager Eddie Howe.

The Englishman had a good 2025/26 season with Newcastle, but he did not make the World Cup squad. He is now considering a move away from the Magpies, with his relationship with Howe said to be strained.

Hall would be open to joining the Red Devils, but the big question remains whether the Mancunian giants will meet the asking price.

Newcastle recently sold Anthony Gordon to Barcelona for £70m upfront, and they are expected to demand at least £60m to offload Hall.

The Chelsea graduate has also been linked with Arsenal in the past, but they are unlikely to make an offer due to the vast personnel at left-back.

The Gunners have Piero Hincapie, Riccardo Calafiori and Myles Lewis-Skelly in their ranks and are unlikely to offload any of them.

Man Utd have Luke Shaw and Patrick Dorgu in their ranks, but the latter has been more comfortable as a winger. His future could lie there.
