Xbox Makes 6 Assassin’s Creed Games Free, No Game Pass Required

Xbox has announced that it’s making six Assassin’s Creed games free to play for a limited time. And the best part is, you don’t need Xbox Game Pass to take advantage of this sweet deal.

The announcement comes via the official Xbox website, which shared the latest entries that will part of its Free Play Days this weekend. Those games are:

  • Assassin’s Creed Valhalla
  • Assassin’s Creed Unity
  • Assassin’s Creed Odyssey
  • Assassin’s Creed Origins
  • Assassin’s Creed Syndicate
  • Assassin’s Creed Mirage

The first five are available to all Xbox players from Thursday, April 2 until Monday, April 6, 2026. Assassin’s Creed Mirage is available for all Xbox players to try out with a 2-hour limited-timed trial during the Free Play Days period.
