Ndicka to the PL?

Chelsea and Liverpool are seriously interested in signing Roma defender Evan Ndicka during the next transfer window, according to Caught Offside.

The Ivory Coast international has been linked with a Premier League move for the last few years and a deal could finally materialise this summer.

The 26-year-old will enter the last two years of his Roma contract in July and reports claim that he is open to pursuing a bigger challenge elsewhere.

The Giallorossi were in a strong position to qualify for the Champions League earlier this year, but they are presently struggling the Italian top flight.

Roma are three points behind fourth-placed Como, who have a superior goal difference and face a challenge to qualify for the competition.

In case they don’t, the club may require a big-money sale to balance their books and it is claimed that Ndicka could be sold for 40 million euros.

Chelsea and Liverpool are seriously keen on landing the former Eintracht Frankfurt man, but are likely to face competition from Barcelona.
