3 Best New Shows To Binge In One Night This Weekend: March 13–15, 2026

The three best new shows to binge-watch in just one night this weekend include a Netflix docuseries, a gripping crime thriller, and a highly anticipated neo-Western. Released on March 13 or 14, 2026, these are the top 3 new series that everyone will be watching tonight.

Last week, Screen Rant’s best new shows to binge-watch guide included Ted season 2 on Peacock, and viral new Netflix series like the steamy romance Vladimir and Steven Spielberg’s latest prehistoric project, The Dinosaurs. All of these new series are expected to be among the most-watched new shows heading into the weekend of March 13–15, 2026.

Dynasty: The Murdochs

Netflix just released the new 4-part docuseries Dynasty: The Murdochs on Friday, March 13, 2026. The series chronicles the life, career, and legacy of one of the most successful moguls in history, Rupert Murdoch, and asks the question of whether a dynasty is more of a family or a business. The documentary series is more than just one long profile on the Murdoch family – it follows them at a crossroads as Rupert makes one last major play to ensure his legacy.

If you enjoyed corporate family dramas like Succession, or financial dramas based on a true story like The Wolf of Wall Street, then you should find a lot to like about Dynasty: The Murdochs. The docuseries dives into the behind-the-scenes competition between Rupert Murdoch’s adult children for control of his media empire, and is based on thousands of pieces of fact-based evidence to offer one of the most accurate and comprehensive accounts of the family ever put to screen.

That Night

One of the most highly anticipated new releases on Netflix this weekend is the 6-part Spanish crime thriller That Night. The crime mystery series follows three sisters who face a moral crisis when the youngest hits a man with her car in the Dominican Republic. The sisters test their loyalty and determine how far they are willing to go to keep their youngest sister out of jail and help her continue to be a mother to a young child.

While not overly complex, That Night offers an intriguing, mysterious premise that aims to keep viewers hooked throughout its brief 6-episode format. The series was created by Jason George, who is best known for his work on The Blacklist, Narcos, Senna, and other celebrated Netflix originals. As a new Netflix release that drops all six episodes on Friday, March 13, That Night is projected to be one of, if not the, most-watched new series on Netflix this weekend. Don’t miss the Netflix series that is set to go viral in the next 24 hours.

The Madison

Out of all the new streaming releases set to make their debuts this weekend, The Madison is easily the most anticipated one. Created by Taylor Sheridan, The Madison will make its 3-part premiere on Saturday, March 14. Often speculated to be a Yellowstone spin-off like Marshals on CBS, The Madison is an entirely new story in the Sheridan-verse that centers on Michelle Pfeiffer’s Stacy Clyburn and her family, whose lives unravel after an unthinkable tragedy.

Pfeiffer leads an impressive ensemble cast in The Madison that also includes Kurt Russell, Beau Garrett, Elle Chapman, Patrick J. Adams, Amiah Miller, and more. Combining modern drama with classic neo-Western themes, The Madison may end up being more like Landman than Yellowstone, although the series does take place in rural Montana. The first three episodes of The Madison will drop on Paramount+ this Saturday, followed by the remaining three episodes of the 6-part first season on March 21. The Madison season 2 has already been confirmed.

If you enjoy most or all of Taylor Sheridan’s series, especially Landman, then consider The Madison an absolute must-watch new series this weekend.
